The sleeping area features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The air-conditioned spaces, equipped with a heat pump, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout the year. The private terrace is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view over the city.

Other things to keep in mind

Payments and security deposit
If indicated, at the end of your stay the costs of electricity - and sometimes water - will be calculated separately and to be paid based on your actual consumption. Upon arrival you will be asked for a security deposit that will be blocked on your credit card. The card must be physically present and must be in your name. Don't worry: the amount will be automatically unblocked at the end of your stay, remember that the release times depend entirely on your bank. If damage or violations of the rules should occur we reserve the right to withhold a sum to cover any expenses.

Optional services, to be paid on site
* Linen set (sheets and towels): 25.00 euros per person (one-off)
* Beach and pool towels: 8.00 euros each (one-off)
* Pets (if allowed): 50.00 euros each (one-off)
* Cot/High chair: 35.00 euros each (one-off)

Check-in times
Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm (not at 4:00 pm sharp) subject to the availability of the accommodation, the time needed for cleaning procedures and check-in appointments already set.
Arrivals after the standard time will incur a supplement:
* Between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm: supplement of 40.00 euros (on request).
* Between 23:00 and 01:00: supplement of 60.00 euros (on request).
* After 01:00: to be agreed only upon request.
