    Case Peschiera 11 is a charming and well-maintained independent villa nestled in nature, near the crystal-clear waters of Cala Brandichi, Lu Impostu, and Puntaldia. These areas are renowned for their incredible natural beauty and typical seafood cuisine. The villa, approximately 90 sqm, is free-standing on all four sides and surrounded by a 110 sqm garden. Located on the ground floor, it offers a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a service bathroom, an outdoor covered veranda, and a garden with a reserved parking space, accommodating a total of 6 guests. Amenities include a washing machine, covered veranda, and seasonal air conditioning (May - October). The Lu Impostu beach is easily accessible by car or bicycle, just 4 minutes away.
