INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The property entrance is marked by a gate that opens onto a driveway leading to the house. Villa Picker features a spacious living room divided into a lounge area with a fireplace and a dining area with a kitchenette and sea view, a dining table, and a sliding glass door with a panoramic view of the Golfo degli Aranci. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The villa is equipped with Wi-fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, uncovered parking spaces inside the gate, and satellite TV.

DESTINATION AND DISTANCES

Halfway between the cities of Olbia and Golfo Aranci (about 8 km), the villa is approximately 12 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. From the villa, you can easily reach the Costa Smeralda. Boat rental is available at the Marina di Baia Caddinas, 6 km away. The main services (bar, restaurant, market) are 3.5 km away.

The property is just 10 minutes from the port of Golfo Aranci, 18 minutes from the port of Olbia, and 15 minutes from the enchanting beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Located in an emerald bay and a short distance from Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo, Golfo Aranci is the ideal gateway to discover secret and crystal-clear bays, perfect for diving along rocky cliffs that plunge into the deep blue sea. Just off the coast of Golfo Aranci lives a resident group of 100 dolphins often visible to keen observers. Every corner is a discovery: from the majestic cliffs of Capo Figari to the clear waters of the renowned Cala Moresca beach with its lush pine forest. The most beautiful and famous beaches of the gulf include Cala Sassari, home to the famous Fino Beach Club restaurant, Cala Moresca, Spiaggia Bianca, and Cala Sabina.

Golfo Aranci is reachable by car in about 10 minutes; here you will find all the services such as supermarkets and restaurants. The city, an ancient fishing village, has undergone urban renewal in recent years, leading to the creation of a new marina equipped with boat docks and a beautiful seafront promenade with wooden walkways, outdoor shops, and green public spaces. During the summer, the village is animated by numerous entertainment events.
